- Dr. Ravindra is working in Adv. Manufacturing & design of mechanical systems group, considering advanced Functionally Graded Nano Composites, and in his team has undertaken various govt. sponsored as well as many contract research projects of diversified disciplines right from-

- He is one of the recipients of CSIR pride –Best Technology award 2003 to team CMERI for Modern tractor 35 Hp–Sonalika, in which design know how has been released in form of R&D drawings & manual to ITL, Hoshiarpur, Punjab.
- He has in his credit publications including front edge Manufacturing & Nano Materials-high scitated papers, applied patent and copyright, besides organized, delegated ample of International/National- conferences.
- He is a throughout meritorious in work experience/M.E./B.E./school, and Co-curricular.
