| Invitation to submit Expression of Interest (EOI) by vender for ESD related work carried by CSIR-AMPRI, Bhopal | |||||||||

Interested bidders/vendors/contractors/service providers having relevant experience and capabilities in Electrical Works, Civil Works, Annual Maintenances and Services are invited to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) in the prescribed format. The completely filled EOI Form duly signed by the authorized representative of the firm needs to be send through email to the following email address:
Bidders are requested to ensure that all the information given by them in the EOI form is complete and accurate. The EOI form e-mail send by the vender will be compiled as the possible vendors data base and it will be used for communicating information related to tender floated by CSIR-AMPRI, related with electrical /civil work/AMC/services for ensuring maximum participation in the tendering process. This will be done with the intension of ensuring mass communication and to maximize the participation of the venders in the tender process. This email sending will be done as an extra effort that will be taken by CSIR-AMPRI other than standard procedure of floating tenders on CPP portal and its display on the CSIR-AMPRI website. An email reply will be sent to the vender in the acknowledgment of the EOI form received from the firm. Important: Submission of an EOI form shall not confer any right or assurance for empanelment, award of work, or placement of any work order by CSIR-AMPRI. The Institute reserves the right to use the information received for its official work and communication requirements, as applicable.
