27 years as Scientist at CSIR-AMPRI, Bhopal
(Joined CSIR- RRL, presently CSIR-AMPRI,as Scientist B on 11th March 1999 then worked as Scientist C ,E-I, E-II and F upto 10th March 2022 and since 11th March 2022 till date working as Scientist G.)

• Development of advanced geopolymer/polymer-based coating materials
• Development of advanced radiation shielding materials

• She is one of the members of CSIR -AMPRI team: CSIR-AMPRI, Bhopal is the winner of CII (Confederation of Indian Industry) 3R Awards 2023 for excellence in innovations, solutions or technology by research labs/ academic institutes for sustainable waste management. CSIR-AMPRI has bagged this award for the technology “Red Mud into Lead Free Radiation Shielding Materials”.
• She is one of the innovators of CSIR-AMPRI team: CSIR-AMPRI team has received “National Meritorious Invention Awards-2020” from National Research Development Corporation (NRDC) (an enterprise of DSIR, Ministry of Science & Technology, and Government of India) in the year 2021 for the innovation “Lead Free X-Ray Shielding Red Mud Tiles”.
