CSIR-AMPRI’s Vision

CSIR-AMPRI, Bhopal, is committed to developing innovative, cutting edge, internationally competitive, energy efficient, and environmentally friendly technologies/products in the area of advanced materials for social benefits and to contribute to the nation’s economy.

CSIR-AMPRI’s Mission

To model, design, innovate, or improve materials as well as processes directed towards industrial, societal, and environmental implementation for a sustained realization through scientific research.

CSIR-AMPRI’s Mandate

• • Research & Development on Engineering Materials for Strategic High Performance and Societal Applications.
  • Materials, Processes, and Technology Development for Components/Products for a variety of engineering materials, including Metals & Alloys, Composites, Polymers, Building Materials, and materials from Waste to wealth.
  • To undertake grant-in-aid, sponsored, consultancy, network & other national, and international projects for both public and private sectors in the above areas.
