राजभाषा गतिविधियाँ/Rajbhasha Activities
संस्थान का राजभाषा प्रकोष्ठ भारत सरकार की राजभाषा नीति के कार्यान्वयन की जिम्मेदारी लेता है। इस गतिविधि के अंतर्गत संस्थान की राजभाषा कार्यान्वयन समिति की त्रैमासिक बैठकों के माध्यम से कार्यान्वयन की निगरानी करना, प्रत्येक तिमाही में एक कार्यशाला का आयोजन करना, हिंदी दिवस/हिंदी सप्ताह का आयोजन करना, पुस्तकालय में हिंदी पुस्तकों की खरीद करना, कर्मचारियों को नकद पुरस्कार देना। हिंदी में आधिकारिक कार्य, संस्थान की राजभाषा पत्रिका सोपान का प्रकाशन और हिंदी में लोकप्रिय व्याख्यानों का आयोजन किया जा रहा है। चूँकि हम एक अनुसंधान एवं विकास संस्थान हैं, इसलिए नियमित अंतराल पर हिंदी में तकनीकी कार्यशालाएँ आयोजित की जाती हैं।
इसके अलावा, हम सभी प्रकाशनों को द्विभाषी रूप में लाने, भारत सरकार के राजभाषा अधिनियम की धारा 3(3) और राजभाषा अधिनियम 1976 के नियम 11 का अनुपालन करने और अपनी वेबसाइट को द्विभाषी रूप में बनाने के कार्यों को पूरा कर रहे हैं। ये गतिविधियाँ निश्चित रूप से संस्थान में भारत सरकार की राजभाषा नीति के कार्यान्वयन के कार्य को पूरा करने में हमारी मदद करेंगी।
The Raajbhasha Cell of the Institute takes up the responsibility of the implementation of the Official Language Policy of Govt. of India. Under this activity, monitoring of the implementation through quarterly meetings of Official Language Implementation Committee of the Institute, organizing one workshop in every quarter, organizing Hindi Day/Hindi Saptah, purchase of Hindi books in the library, cash prizes to the staff for doing their official work In Hindi, publication of Sopan – the Rajbhasha magazine of he institute and organizing popular lectures in Hindi are being carried out. As we are a R&D institute, technical workshops in Hindi are being organized at regular intervals.
Apart from this, we are fulfilling the tasks of bringing out all the publications in bilingual form, compliance of section 3(3) of Official Language Act and Rule 11 of Official Language Act 1976 of Govt. of India and making our Website in bilingual form. These activities will certainly help us fulfilling the task of Implementation of Official Language Policy of Govt. of India in the Institute.
